What does “TKO” mean?
TKO is an abbreviation for Total Knockout. When a fighter renders their opponent completely unconscious in a fight, they win by TKO. We chose TKO as the name of this program because it’s a complete health and fitness plan. You’re getting high intensity interval training, strength conditioning, functional movement, and nutrition coaching to help you reach your maximum potential.
Why kickboxing?
Kickboxing is a full body workout. We know, you hear that phrase a lot, but it’s true. Punching is not about your arms at all - much of the power comes from your core strength. Same goes for kicks. Your arms and legs will get a good workout, though. The movements provide functional training. The instruction also produces valuable self-defense skills and build confidence. Add into that weight resistance training to increase muscle tone and nutrition guidance to get your body to respond to this regimen and we can almost guarantee you’ll see results after 6 weeks.

Colorado Mountain Fit’s TKO Program may be for you.
This 6-week program teaches (or reintroduces) you to kickboxing basics. You’ll run through punch and kick drills on a heavy bag and in some cases mitt drills. We also incorporate a full high intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength conditioning. Nutritional coaching is also included.
After 6 weeks you’ll be stronger, have more stamina, and feel better.
Kickboxing works your whole body: Core, legs, and upper body.
What you get with the 6-week program:
We bring the equipment to you for 3 one-hour sessions per week plus a supplemental workout plan for no equipment on your own twice per week. We can meet at your home, office, or nearby park (no masks). There are also options to meet in a gym with limited capacity where you’re guaranteed to be socially distant if you don’t have a space conducive to these workouts.
Your own boxing gloves! These will be your gloves to keep so you don’t have to worry about sticking your hands where a dozen pairs of strangers’ sweaty hands have been. (Discount for those who already have their own gloves.)
Nutritional coaching based on macro nutrients, creating a plan based on your lifestyle and goals like caloric deficit for those wanting to lose weight and a smart & balanced approach for those looking for more muscle mass. These are guidelines and coaching that allow you to choose what you eat within parameters to achieve your goals. There is an additional charge for those who want a specific meal plan.
Options to continue at a discounted rate month to month or week to week after the 6-week program ends.
Pricing (for 6-week program)
Subtract $25 from any plan if you’ll be providing your own gloves; add just $50 for a second person of the same household (significant other, roommate, etc.)
Payment can be made all at once or set up as auto drafts in three installments: 50% up front, 30% after 3 weeks, 20% at completion of 6-week program

The fine print
Upon signing a contract for 6 weeks, there will be no refunds. Up to 3 sessions can be made up at a later date either during the 6-week period or within 2 weeks of the 6-week period of the program from the start date. Any additional sessions missed will not be refunded nor will the program be extended beyond 8 weeks from the start date. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the start time or will not be eligible for rescheduling and will be sessions lost at cost of participant.
Results not guaranteed. Everybody is different: Everyone is at their own unique fitness level, has varying health issues and genetic factors, etc. Effort put correlates to results seen. Non adherence to the program or not willing to challenge yourself can diminish results.
All participants are required to fill out a health form, sign a liability waiver, and sign a contract. All participants must place a credit or debit card on file for auto withdrawals.
Upon completing the 6-week program, participants are eligible for 20% off their next Colorado Mountain Fit service (excluding subsequent TKO Program services - pricing stands as listed) such as personal training sessions or packages, small group classes, etc. The 20% discount is applied ONE time to a service used.
Refer a friend and get another 20% discount on CMF services (same stipulations as aforementioned discount) after the friend completes more than 50% of the program.
